Golden Rays services that are included in rates for winter periods are: daily housekeeping, final housekeeping, heating, pool heating, sauna, all taxes, grill, covered parking, sunbeds by the indoor pool, fitness equipment by the pool, bathrobes, welcome basket, wi fi, concierge service. Breakfast service prepared in-villa can be organized with supplement.

WHAT TO DO IN DALMATIA DURING THE WINTER PERIOD

Before You turn on pool lights for a nightly indoor-pool-relaxation, or after morning fitness with our new equipment, if You like active holidays, organize Your day by visiting Old Cities near Villas, like Šibenik, Trogir or Split, or even visit beautiful Krka National Park.
Šibenik is called City Of Fortresses and it is the most known for its St Jacob’s Cathedral – that is a part of UNESCO heritage list. Walk through the Medieval Old Town, or explore where the scenes from Game Of Throns were filmed, or just act as a local and have a coffee sitting outside in a bar by the sea. Also, we can organize for You a Photo Tour through Šibenik, with a professional photographer and a guide! For lunch or dinner, check why the restaurant Pelegrini won a prize for the best Croatian restaurant in 2015. Šibenik is distanced 25 km from Golden Rays.

Split is a great destination for a shopping and cultural tours. It is distanced 60 km from Villas, and it can be reached in less than 1 hour driving.
Choosing Middle Dalmatia in OFF season period is a great way to explore it and visiting it, without summer traffic crowds, You can explore much more in shorter period.
Primošten is a beautiful and charming small town distanced from Golden Rays Villas only 1 km. Most of the restaurants are working only during the summer season. But, because of its position and its numerous walking paths, it is ideal for those who just need a fresh and healthy air at the sea. Taking bikes on the site, our guests can explore Primošten bike routes and spend active winter stay or a weekend.
The grocery stores in Primošten are open mostly during all day , from 7 AM to 8 PM.
The weather during the winter is usually sunny, relatively mild, but fresh and sometimes with cold north-east wind called Bura. The temperatures rarely get below about 5°C. Raining season is mostly in autumn and spring. Winter raining periods are mostly short periods. Snow in Dalmatia is rare, and if it happens it stays only for a short time.

Krka river is one of the most beautiful Croatian rivers and the National Park with its waterfalls and cultural heritage is a vast area of exceptional natural value.
There are several entrances to the National Park Krka, and Your concierge will be happy to provide You all information about directions and tickets, or You can book with us Your private guided tour with an organized transportation, or boat excursion. Very close to the National Park is beautiful small town called Skradin from where you can take 20 min ride to National Park by public boat enjoying the untouched scenery.
